ল্যাং এ্যাবসেস বা ফুসফুসে ফোড়া:-
Abscess শবদের অর্থ হল ফোড়া বা বিসফোটক।ল্যাং এ্যাবসেস(Lung Abscess)বলতে ফুসফুসে ফোড়া বুঝায়।এটা যে কোন বয়সের মানুষেরই হতে পারে।
কারণ সমূহ:-
মিশ্রিত নিউমোককাল,ষ্ট্রেপটোককাল,ষ্ট্যাফাইলোককাল প্রভৃতি জীবাণু দারা এই রোগ হয়ে থাকে।টনসিল অপারেশনের পর বা দাঁত উঠানোর পর এই রোগ জীবাণু মানবদেহের ফুসফুসে এ্যাবসেস বা ফোড়ার সৃষ্টি করতে পারে কিংবা রক্তের মাধ্যমে ফুসফুস আক্রমণ করতে পারে।
লক্ষণ সমূহ:-
১.জর হয়
২.কাশি হয় এবং বুকে ব্যথা হয়
৩.কাশিতে তীব্র দুর্গন্ধ হয়
৪.শেত রক্ত কণিকার পরিমাণ বৃদ্ধি পায়।
খাবার ও আনুষঙ্গিক:-
১.নিকটস্হ বিশেষঞ্জ কোন ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ নিতে হবে।
২.এটা সিরিয়াস রোগ,X-ray করলে নিশচিত হওয়া যায় ল্যাং এ্যাবসেস আছে কিনা।যদি থাকে তাহলে দেরী না করে রেজিষ্টার্ড অভিঞ্জ সার্জনের (D.T.C.D)তত্তাবধানে হাসপাতালে চিকিৎসা করাতে হবে।
৩.পূর্ণ বিশ্রামে নিতে হবে।
৪.ঠানডা লাগানো যাবে না,গলায় মাফলার ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
৫.জর থাকলে তরল ও লঘু খাবার যেমন Glucose এর পানি,সাগু,বার্লি,ফলের রস,হরলিকস ইত্যাদি খেতে হবে।
৬.অবশ্যই অ্যালকোহল অ্যালকোহল যুক্ত পানীয় এবং ধূমপান বর্জিত করতে হবে।
